1. Services Provided

 

A.K. Mobile Detailing provides mobile detailing services for autos, boats, and homes. We perform services at the location of your choice within our service areas in Hawaii. Specific services and pricing are outlined on our website or communicated directly to you upon booking.

 

2. Booking and Scheduling

• To book a service, you must provide accurate contact information and a valid address.

• All bookings are subject to availability. We will confirm your appointment via phone or email.

• You are responsible for providing access to the service location, including any gates or other barriers that may hinder our ability to complete the service.

 

3. Payment and Fees

• Payment for services is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed.

• We will use reasonable care in performing our services, but we do not guarantee 100% perfection, particularly for heavily soiled or aged surfaces.

 

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without a fee.

• If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee may apply.

• Refunds will only be issued in the event of an error on our part, such as failure to complete a scheduled service.

 

7. Liability

• A.K. Mobile Detailing is not liable for any damages that occur during the detailing service, except where caused by our negligence or misconduct.

• By using our services, you agree to release A.K. Mobile Detailing from any claims or damages related to the detailing services, except in cases of proven negligence.

 

8. Privacy

 

We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle your personal information.

 

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

 

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our services after such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
